"There's A Rule For That"

Have you heard the saying, "There's an app for that..."?  This slogan came up as an attempt to make the smart-phones even more desirable to users by showcasing apps that they might not have found on their own, which make integration of the smart-phone more fun and useful.

This same concept applies to the English language.  More specifically, this applies to the sentence structure of the English language.  There is a rhyme AND a reason to all structure in English, and while there may be exceptions to these rules, even the 'exceptions' are rules in and of themselves.
